Income requirements
Services at the RCHFA&SC are income-based, meaning families must fall within the allowed income threshold in order to qualify for services through the center. The official guideline is that total monthly income for the household must be within 300% of the poverty line. Most families in Raleigh County are within this range, but if you're not sure, please see the chart below.

Other qualifying factors
In addition to the income requirements, families must have a child under the age of 18 living within the home and be residents of Raleigh County, WV in order to access services through RCHFA&SC. If you have any questions about qualifying for services, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Applying for services
application process
Applications for services through the Raleigh County Healthy Families Alliance and Support Center are completed in person in one of our two office locations. Upon arriving at the center, you will be given an application to fill out and asked to provide documentation to verify that you qualify for services at the center.

When you come to the center to apply, please be sure you bring the following documents:

1. ID (Driver's License)
2. Proof of Income (Pay Stub, most recent W-2)
3. Proof of Household Members (Utility Bills, School Registration Forms w/ Address Listed, Doctor's Office Registration Form w/ Address, etc.)
